Well we were also facing the same issue, the generated dll used to work on our server but the same was not working on customer environment.
So after lot of debugging it seems that we need to generate the UDT dll for every server you need to use.
Unfortunately that solved my problem.
Hi, did you get this resolved? I am facing a similar issue where neither the IK3 nor IK4 are being created in the 999s.

You may also need to change the BizTalk related services password in the same way.

I’m sorry, but BizTalk Server 2009 is not supported by visual studio 2005
