December 7, 2015 at 10:39 PM in reply to: ado.net code to insert xml into SQL database using already existing custom adapter in the solution #28037There are many blogs which you can fiend in net..one of that here
It could be a few things. First make sure the Name of the SQL Server you are using is correct.
If the SQL Server you are using is local:
– Make sure you are running as a local administrator
– Make sure the SQL Server is running
If the SQL is remote:
– Make sure MSDTC is setup correctly
– Make sure you are using domain groups and users are in the right groups
Just a few things I can think of off the top.
Here is a link to an 8 part blog post on how to install and configure BizTalk: sandroaspbiztalkblog.wordpress.com/…/biztalk-2010-installation-and-configuration-enable-internet-information-services-part-1
Hope this helps./
When running a transactional application you have to live with deadlocks. They are not problematic as long as they do not occur too frequently. The standard SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS gives information on the latest deadlocks but it is not very useful when you want to know the total number of deadlocks or the number of deadlocks per unit of time.
October 15, 2015 at 5:36 AM in reply to: Mapping Issues, not getting full data back from SAP call #26545I worked it out myself. I was passing SAP a table variable. In such cases you need to specify a place holder in the map . eg going from Canonical to Sap schema place a constant in the map and direct its output tot the table node in the SAP schema. This is SAP functionality.
October 6, 2015 at 10:51 PM in reply to: Is it possible to set the BizTalk receive location such that it will process the files in sequence? #26543Hi,
Look the below article. it will help you
geekswithblogs.net/…/biztalk-ordered-delivery.aspx
and also as per my understanding FIFO end-to-end process in BizTalk only will work with the Message Queue adapters (since they are the only ones that can transactionally guaratee ordered delivery to the message box).
You can write a custom flat file disassemble component which can split your file as per your requirement.
there is no way you can avoid complete re-deployment. if you still want to avoid that, in this scenario you can version your dll, deploy and reference new version.
I don’t know how fast it has to be, but you can push all 18000 XML documents into another database (e.g. Trigger Database) and from there BizTalk get each message after another (using SQL-Adapter; select TOP 1 …) and delete each message once the message is stored in the msgbox.
Hi.
I would split it in an Orchestration. I mean in an Orchestration I would consume an external assembly wihich will split this file into seperate files give it back for further processing.
September 8, 2015 at 3:35 PM in reply to: File Receive Adapter Issue – Grabbing files too quickly. #26538I have resolved this by setting up a scheduled task that calls the WMI Enable Receive Port and Disable Receive Port script.
Set the task to run on the hour and works like a charm.
September 8, 2015 at 2:48 AM in reply to: File Receive Adapter Issue – Grabbing files too quickly. #26537Yes I would if we had control of the Ftp. This is an external party that sends and checks.
September 8, 2015 at 2:04 AM in reply to: File Receive Adapter Issue – Grabbing files too quickly. #26536Enabling and disabling the receive location is no guarantee that the FTP adapter will not try and retrieve a partial file.
The best solution is at the file creation end. Write the file to a temp directory, when complete, move it to the FTP receive directory.
Make sure these directories are on the same disk, so that the file move simply changes the directory pointers and the file itself is not copied.
