I finally found a solution that worked for me.

Need to enable sharing on the folder you are trying to access in the path used in the expression or script. Give the Administrator account and domain account sharing rights. In addition, use the full computer name in all of the UNC paths (i.e., \\computername.domain.com\sharedfoldername\) instead of the admin shares (\\domain\d$\sharedfoldername\).

You can use C# project provided by Microsoft Biztalk in the BizTalk installation folder. Look for SDK/Samples/Admin/ExploreOM/ReceiveLocations project, make a copy and customize as per your requirements.

Got the solution! I used the value mapping(flatenning) functoid and it worked. You just need to filter the unbounded field properly.
