After a long wait this is now available for download from MSDN (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1ea788d8-0511-4e41-ac2b-650c98b73860/host-integration-server-2013-is-released-to-manufacturing). We have been involved in the TAP program for this release. For us this means we can use the DB2 adapter against DB2 v10 (http://connectedpawns.wordpress.com/2013/01/19/exploring-biztalk-2013-beta-db2-adapter-connect-to-v10-1-db2-database/). The connection timeout is now configurable on the DB2 adapter as well. A great feature I came across recently where we can limit dynamically limit IP addresses
based on Request Rates and other aspects of the Requests.
