  I dont think so the database will crash after you deploy any application.Biztalk is a stable Product.
  
  But if you mes up with the internal Biztalk tables then the database might crash.

      If the internal tables / stored procedures / views are changed, they will not crash the database server, but will cause T-SQL errors, meaning BizTalk probably won’t work. In fact, Microsoft will not support you if you amend any internal table in the BizTalk databases.
      
      Best to treat them as a black box. By all means look, just don’t touch!
