Will all the receive location refresh and get data if I start or stop or change it’s schedule within the same receive port?

I am facing a problem that when I start or stop or change the schedule of one receive location, the other started receive location will try to get data (while it is not suppose to). It seems that only occurs within the same receive port.

So, I want to make sure it is the way it works or it is due to my program. thx
