we have a dedicated host for tracking.
Accidentally, somebody had stopped this hostinstnce in our prod. And we could not see tracking info in HAT.

Then the tracking host instance was started.

What i have found is the tracking info of all the transmissions that happened
while the tracking host was off,is not coming into DTA DB; but continues to reside in the MesageBox Tracking tables.

I was expecting when the tracking host is restarted, all the previous info to be transferred to DTA db.
But it seems to do only for the new transmissions; the tracking info when the host was off continues to reside
      in MessageBox Tracking tables.

      Is this a bug?

Never heard of those actual symptoms before – in an old BizTalk 2004 environment, turning the TDDS (tracking) host back on caused all of the tracking data to be moved from the MsgBox to the tracking database.

Can you confirm that the SQL Agent jobs are enabled, in particular check that the TrackedMessages_Copy_BizTalkMsgBoxDb job is enabled (and not failing).

      Rgds, Nick.
