The type initializer for ‘System.ServiceModel.Channels.Msmq’ threw an exception.

 Hi ,

We are getting the exceptional error in the event viewer as expected when the *.xml file is lying in the test directory. 

     In order to see the OF3 messages I have configured a sample send port with \\hedwba07\OF3\ and set the filter property with http://MS.IT.Ops.ED.OperationsFramework3#OperationsFramework3

       … Still I haven’t seen  the OF3 messages for this application

        We are in receive of the below error:

“The E&D FileMonitor service received the following exception when trying to invoke the Operations Framework 3 Web Service.

Message:The type initializer for ‘System.ServiceModel.Channels.Msmq’ threw an exception.”

Could you please help me in this issue.
