System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown.

It appears that we had a power bump over the weekend and BizTalk was right in the middle of an orchestration.  Now I am getting this error.  I am thinking it is because there are too many records for the orchestration to go through.  I am not sure how to clean this up.  I was thinking about just find the tables in the database and removing the records, but not sure if that is a good idea.  Not sure which tables they are either.  

Does anyone have any ideas that could help.
