I have tested the example here https://www.biztalkgurus.com/Samples/Suspended-Message-Routing-Biztalk-2006.html It can handle suspended messages when receiving and sending XML documents. But if I add a Suspend shape in Orchestration the message gets suspended as usual so it does not seem to handle errors that occurs there. Any idea of how to handle all errors?
The suspended message routing is a feature of the send and receive pipelines only. You will need to handle exceptions in the orchestration yourself. Rather than use the Suspend Message shape, create a copy of the message, set the appropriate context properties and send it to a direct port.
