      Hello,

We have a large biztalk environment with serveral receiving ports (locations) and several send ports (locations).

Because we process more than 30.000 messages a day (HL7), we can’t afford to lose any message. In case we have a problem with a send port location (let’s say the server is down, or there’s no free diskspace) I’m affraid a lot of messages can be lost (In hl7 the processing order of the messages is very important)

That’s why I wondered if it’s possible to stop the host instance whenever there is a problem with a send port location. I thought I’ve found it some while ago, but now I can’t seem to recover the internet shortcut.

I hope there’s somebody who can tell me how this can be done…

      thanks a lot.

I’m afraid how Biztalk messages are getting lost . it should be suspended if having any send location issue . Could you please explain me the real senario. Have you used any custom pipline componets without handling transactions.
