Hello.
First, I installed the BizTalk Adapterpack 2.0. And if I try to choose a WCF-SQL Adapter in the Receive Location I just have a SQL but no SQL-Adater. Do I have to install something more?
Next question is, if I use the WCF-SQL Adapter I will call a stored procedure (I hink this will work). What do I have to do to get serveral xml files? Do I have to disassamble it somewhere?
Do you know a description how and what properties has to be filled in the WCF-SQL Adapter?
Thanks in advance
Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,
See the following BizTalkGurus blog detailing the installation of BizTalk Adapter Pack 2.0 and a walkthrough on how to configure WCF SQL Adapter to call stored procedures:

Hi Daniel.
Thanks for the link. I treid it and did it like they said. The different is, that I used inbound in the “Select contact type” because I will get Datas out of a database. Everything looks fine and no error appears, but I still receive no datas …. [8o|]
So I have to check some more, but what?!
I thank you so far.

Hi Wolfgang,
Did you check to see if you run the stored procedure by itself in SQL Server Management studio, that it returns data? You should choose the option to generate a Client binding for making outbound requests to SQL Server in the Add Adapter Service Reference window. Also, experiment with creating the proxy either from a Strongly-Typed Stored Procedure or a Weakly-Typed Stored Procedure.
Good luck,
Daniel.

Hi Daniel.
I found the issue … it was a parameter in the properties I had to change.
I found the solution here: https://www.biztalkgurus.com/forums/p/12800/25176.aspx
Best regards
Wolfgang
