        Is it possible to create Biztalk project with out orchestration which takes same XML send this XML somewhere exponate this project as web service?

        The main question is it possible without orchestration?

          sure, you can have an entire biztalk project in the messaging engine. Of course, unless you create a custom pipeline component and place it in a custom pipeline, the messaging engine will be strictly a routing engine.
