replacement media for 2000

Sorry for posting this in a 2004 forum. We have a customer who uses BitTalk2000. They have lost the media and need to perform an install once again. Micorosoft cant supply replacement media nor can the original reseller. Microsoft have stated that if they can get a copy of the media from elsewhere then their license will cover them. Upgrading to a later version is not an option at this immediate point.

Does anyone have any ideas as to where to turn on this ? Any ideas / suggestions would be appreciated.
