        Why we are copying the Tutorial folder from SDK to root of the C: drive for creation of a strong name key file.
        And can you tell me the importance of doing the process.
        Ex:
        <install drive>:\\\\SDK\\ to the root of the C drive.

          not sure what you mean but to create a strong key file you need to go into Visual Studio 2003 Command Prompt which can be found in Start -> Programs -> Visual Studio 2003 -> Visual Studio .Net Tools and there you just do sn -k mykeyfile.snk and the file will be created in whatever your current directory is.
