        We created a custom disassembler pipeline component that extracts documents from email attachments. The documents themself are indepedent so the Recoverable Interchange feature of BizTalk 2006 is suited in this case. The Recoverable Interchange property is accessable in standard XML Disassembler and Flat File Disassembler components, but how can we implement this feature in our custom component?

          I thought Recoverable Interchange was in the BizTalk Framework.  I would expect you to be able to access this feature in your custom pipeline.  Have you tried it?

          It’s possible, some types of exceptions might “crash” but I would expect if you followed the Help Guide you wouldn’t have any problems.

              There is no guidance about implementing Recoverable Interchange for custom pipeline in BizTalk Help.
