Read Host Instance Properties?

Is there some sort of an interface to read the properties of a running host instance?

I am planning to use the biztalk object explorer within a send pipeline to look up the party agreements

It seems silly to have to add a configuration parameter for the management database to pass to the object explorer when the running host instance must have that piece of data somewhere inside it
