        We have a weird problem happening in our BizTalk production server.  The processing stops some times intermittently. The messaging engine works fine, and all the messages are waiting in the message box with a Active/Ready to Run status. When we  restart the host instance, processing resumes and all messages are getting processed. and processing continues without any problem until the next processing freezing( in 6 Hrs/1 day  or 2 days)

         

        any one has an idea why this is occurring. and what is the resolution?

          Not sure….  Something like this can be vary hard to track down.  I’d start by looking at any .net components your Orchestrations might be callings. 

           

          And sometimes for things like this Microsoft Support can be a big help.
