Problem with Custom Configurable pipeline components

I build 2- configurable custom pipeline components

Decoder :

Function :

Add Name Space for the incoming message to the Message Box

                                Decrypt Data

                Configuration

                                Enable \ Disable Encryption  

Encode :

Function :

Add Name Space for the outgoing messages  

Encrypt Data

                Configuration :

                                Enable \ Disable Encryption

 When I test each pipeline alone it work perfectly ,

But when I sue HTTP Receive \ Send Port where I have to supply the 2-pipelines with their configuration

The receive pipeline work fine , but the send pipeline do not read it is configuration , and it keep the default setting.

Simply it cannot read it is configuration.

..

I will appreciate your help in this
