My company is exploring offshoring and would like to determine what peices of the BizTalk process could be offshored. We already have 2006 R2 installed and have continuous projects ongoing. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding what artifacts would be best suited to push offshore and which ones should stay within our internal IT group?
