Ok.. So I have BizTalk Server running on my development machine and have built multiple projects. I have deployed a project, set its ports up, started it, and then nothing happens. Its deployed and setup but when trying to monitor it you see, no instances suspended, no instances running, HAT fails to load (time out error), no files exported which is what the project does. Are there any issues where BizTalk can get corrupted? The machine lost power before this and now BizTalk does not seem to function. And ideas on what to do or look at?

Did you start the Biztalk NT (base) Service? If there are any Orchestrations, did you Bind, Enlist and Start them? Did you do the same with the port? Start it and watch the event log for errors.
