None of our tracked messages are getting into the tracking database. We have checked the following:
- Tracking is enabled on the hosts, ports and orchestrations.
- Data is being received and processed by the orchestration.
- Tracking is enabled in the global settings for BizTalk (BizTalkMgmtDB.adm_Group table)
- SQl server agent is running.
- The TrackedMessages_Copy_BizTalkMsgBoxDb job executes successfuily (we’ve even run it manually)
- There is data in the BizTalkMsgBoxDb.Parts table – the number of rows fluctuates which seems to indicate that they are getting purged from time to time as should happen.
The remains no data in the BizTalkDTADb.Tracking_Parts# tables.
Please help – the tracking works fine in our test environment, but we are in production now and that’s where it fails to work.
