Hi,
I am using BTS 2006 R2 & Windows 2003, i have a solution that composes of 2 orchestration, everything was working fine, however i have changed the assembly file version for the solution as well as the DLL version and deployed the new release, now my orchestrations dessapeared from the admin console
When i browse to Admin Console >> My Solution >> Orchestrations, nothing there, also i did check the DB cant find my Orchestrations (did query BizTalkMgmtDB.bts_orchestration table nothing there)
Of course everything now stopped as BTS is not happy coz the Orchestrations are not enlisted, also i tried to buil & deploy the solution once more, but no luck
Any ideas?????

You can run into a lot of issues when you re-version something. BizTalk uses a lot of hard references.
But for you specific problem, did you check to see if maybe it got deployed into another Application? Maybe the default Application?
Also, make sure if you have a Solution with many projects in it and you are deploying from Visual Studios that you do a full deployment of the whole solution and not just the Orchestrations. Or the will do just what you said and disappear.
