multiple ports needed?!

Hi,

I’m working on a SQL-to-DB2 flow and would love to get some advises on the implementation.

At the SQL Adapter,  it needs to pull data from the same table with two different queries ( a column that would have values of ‘U’ <Update>  or ‘I’ <Insert> for pulling records of different actions to be performed at DB2 ).

At the DB2 Adapter, the Updategram needs to receive the two different schemas above to perform <Update> and <Insert>.

Could someone tell me:

1) Do I generate two schemas for each end?

2) How many receive/send ports, receive/send shapes, construct/transform shapes  that i need to setup? Please give me a clear orchestration setup

3) As for the physical ports setup?
