Message Tracking and abnormal behaviour in BizTalk 2004

Hi friends,

   I will need advice on two issues :

a. where can i find powertoys or other tools that allow me to track the files going into/generated from Biztalk 2004 – able to capture information like filename, status, datetimestamp… Pls advise.

 b. Recently, I encounter this problem where BizTalk 2004 pick up the input files and does not throw out the output files… strange… only after i restart the biztalk service, then the files are generated… Anyone got any idea what happen ? is it a bug?
