MaxOccurs in Flatfileschemas

I ‘ve generated a flat file schema based on a txt file which has 13 records.When I input a same format file with 15 records and try to validate the instance..I am getting an error:

“Unexpected end of stream while looking for:’\r\n'”

Please help me…

Is Flat flie shema that native to the number of records?
