        Is there any command line tool by which i can mark my biztalk applicaiton as default application in Biztalk Group. I explored BTSTask tool but that is not having any switch which do this.

         

        Can anyone help?

          I think you need to use the BizTalk Explorer Object model.  It would allow you to specify this.  It is not command line, but you could wrap the code to do it inside of a console app that takes command line switches.
