issues with publishing web service

When i try to publish web service but i get the below error

[b:e26d4b4b02]Failed to create project \”http://localhost/ConsumeWebservice_Proxy\”
[System.ArgumentNullException] Value is null
parameter name: type[/b:e26d4b4b02]

I added ASPNET user into group BizTalk IsolationHost Users & restarted IIS & BizTalkHostApplication

i found the above article for enabling the biztalk web services but not sure how my ASP.NET web applications behave after I do all the stuff ffrom the article.

Can someone through light into this issue???
