Is it possible to install many Biztalk instances on one machine?

I mean, if I want to use the same environment on one physical machine, but with different SQL DataBases?

Or I must create new SQL instance?

Or it’s impossible?

All posts I saw in the net – it was about connecting with BTS machine to existing group, and I want to do it vice versa.
