Installing of LOB Adapter pack is failed

Im trying to install LOB Adapter pack on one of my machines and it fails in strange circumstances:

1. LOB SDK installed with no problems (SP2), but installing of the adapter pack throws a window that installation failed

2. In Event viewer I see a many warnings about “blabla/bla/some Visual Studio Template” invalid template element.

3. After some time automatically opens error window from VS (even if VS was closed) – the same window which appears when VS crashes.

 4. Parameters of my machine: 32 bit, WinSrv 2003 sp 2, VS 2003 + 2005 + 2008, BizTalk 2009, SQL 2005 + 2008 (Biztalk is configured on 2008). Thats all for now, I’d be glad to receive any suggestions exept of format C:/ (thought about it by myself :)) ), all required prereq’s – exist.
