      Hi,

I was wondering if anyone out there can offer some input into a query I have with the Microsoft guide for Installing BizTalk Server 2009 in a Multi-computer Environment.

The last paragraph of “Windows Groups and Service Accounts” on page 13 states:

Using the default names simplifies setup and configuration, but it is not always possible.  For example, there may be multiple BizTalk Server groups within an Active Domain forest.  In this situation the account names must be modified to avoid conflicts.

Does anyone know what the conflicts are that this document talks about?

We currently have a single domain which contains a previously installed multi-computer BizTalk 2009 Standard Edition installation:

      BizTalkServer-A                              SQLServer-A

As part of the installation we created the standard recommended domain groups and users to use when configuring the BizTalk services.

We now want to add a second multi-computer BizTalk 2009 Standard Edition installation to this domain:

      BizTalkServer-B                             SQLServer-B

Does anyone now why this second BizTalk server should not be configured to run using the same service accounts?

      Any input would be appreciated.

      Stu.
