        hi

        i have installed biztalk server 2004 trial version on a machine

        due to some problems i need to install sp1 i.e. service pack 1 on same machine

        but while installing sp1 error occurs that the software you are upgrading does not match

        so can we install service pack 1 on trial version of biztalk server

          Not sure but I would guess you would be able to.

          I’ve seen problems in the past with if I extracted the files to disk – it would ask for an MSI. But never seen it say the version were not correct.
