How to save part of xml as other file (for example Image.jpg)

I have xml which consists of some nodes. And one of node is with binary data (image serialized to xml). How I can take this data onle from concret node and put out from BizTalk orchestration as ather file with type *.jpg for example?

I know how to get byte[] array from this xml but i don know how to put this byte[] array to other Message which I can send then out to other port?

what type of message i need to use?
