HL7 File transfer using MLLP

Hi How do I make a file transfer using MLLP adapter. I need to take an HL7 file into the Biztalk and then an SQL Adapter to transfer the contents to a database. I'm able to get a message to start with using the mllpsend tool, but I want to build something like the File Adapter which takes a file and not a stream message. Any help?
