Hi.
We are using the ftp adapter to pick up xml files from a ftp server within our network. We have configured the Temp folder option to ensure that the xml files are staged by BizTalk in this folder before being moved to the destination folder.
So far so good, the adapter picks up files for like 4 hours, but after that it stops picking up files from the ftp server… it is like the adapter has gone to sleep…. We have to restart the host-instance (we have assigned our ftp-receiving host to multiple servers, but only enabled one of the host instances.) to get it to pick up files again….
I can see a file in the Temp folder location with the size of 0 kb. After we have re-started the host-instance it starts picking up new files again but not the one that is 0 kb that was already there, so we have to rename it on the ftp server for Biztalk to pick it up and then manually delete the file in the Temp folder. This happens approx. every 4 hours.
Anyone who have experienced this problem before, and did you find a solutions to this issue?
