File transfer with code page conversion

Hi,

I’m new to BizTalk development and need to figure out the easiest way to transfer a file (blob) through BizTalk and convert the code page.

The code page when received is UTF-8 (65001) and it needs to be converted to Western-European (1252).

How can I accomplish this? Is there any way to do it like a regular file transfer with send port and BTS.ReceivePortName?
