Error while installing biztalk server 2006

        Hi,

        Could anybody help me ,  i am getting following  error while installing  biztalk server 2006  on Windws XP professional -SP-2,  32-bit.

        I Have following artifects on my machine.

        IIS-5.1

        Excel 2003

        Visual Studio .net 2005

        SQL Server 2005  SP2

        The following platform components failed to install and will need to be manually installed before setup can proceed: Setup runtime files: This installation package could not be opened.  Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.Check the log for details.

                  this  error i am geting while  installing  means  I am not able to install  Biztalk after the step  where  we  Browse  for  cab file.

                  I borwse cab  file and  clicked next  there i click  Install , then  installation starts

                  1. downloading from  cab file gets completed

                  2. After then i gets the error which i mentioned earlier
