EDI Subsystem Error 120 (During SQL Adapter Wizard)

I am trying to create an SQL Adapter in BizTalk 2006 without success. In the past, I’ve never had trouble creating them. MS SQL Server detects no errors with the stored procedures. I’m receiving the following error message in the event viewer:

Error encountered: ERROR (120) :
An error occurred in the File System connector. Check the details.Cant make a connection to \\\\NLMI-BZT-02\\EDIDocsHome\\Documents\\PickupEDI. Errormessage: The operation cannot be performed because a network component is not started or because a specified name cannot be used.Foldername: \\\\NLMI-BZT-02\\EDIDocsHome\\Documents\\PickupEDI, Errormessage: The operation cannot be performed because a network component is not started or because a specified name cannot be used.
