EDI 837 Batching Issue

I created the EDI files and have batching working on the system. 

We have custom schemas we use for the 837 EDI file creation an they will generate files fine on their own just fine.

Except when I run thru the batching system one of the custom HCP data values  HCP01 Value “20” errors with an Inner Exception. 

This value is allowed in my schema, what schema is the batching system using to create the EDI and how do I modify it to allow the value?
