Creating Parties without Visual Studios

  How can I create send and receive parties in Biztalk without Visual studio IDE. Because In my production server i dont have VS IDE. But I need to deploy the Biztalk project. I have deployed all the ports, orchestration using binding XML file. But I cant able to deploy the parties.

  This is difficult. It can be scripted, I think using the Explorer OM.
