Could not store Transport Type data for Receive Location ‘REC1’ to configure store. Primary SSO Server ‘KNAIK1’ failed.

Hi All, I try to create the new Receive Location in Biztalk Explorer. I filled up Transport Type as File, File Path, Receive Handler, Receive Pipeline. ,When I say APPLY, I am geeting error as below.

Could not store Transport Type data for Receive Location ‘REC1’ to configure store. Primary SSO Server ‘KNAIK1’ failed. Could not contact the SSO Server ‘KNAIK1’. Check that SSO is configured and the SSO Service is running on that server.

I added my name to the SSO Administrators group and SSO Affiliate Administrators. I checked in the Microsoft Enterprise Single Sign On–> SSO Administration.

It also gives the same error message. Can you please help to overcome this error.
