Complex requirement in BizTalk Server

Hi,

I have got new requirements in biztalk from my client.

1. I want to transfer AutoCAD file from multiple receive location to multiple send port. How do i transfer AutoCAD file using BizTalk ?
2. My client want to create one web application in ASP.Net  Using that application they can change receive location and send location and also start and stop the application. Is it possible in biztalk ?
