Changing upper/lower case in Biztalk Assemblies

On our dev. system, I've deployed for instance MYCOMPANY.PROJECTX and now I want to redeploy as MyCompany.ProjectX.

I go to the project, right-click properties, change the assembly name and namespace, and redeploy, but it still shows deployed in ALL CAPS.

I also renamed the project and same result.  I can't figure out where the upper case letters are coming from.  If I deploy a new project, mixed case works fine.  So there seems to be maybe be something in the Biztalk  Database that is maybe retaining the old upper case name?
