        Is it possible to change a BizTalk subscription for an orchestration without redeploying it?

              Indeed. In the meantime, I can achieve the same with send/receive ports (a send port on which you can update subcriptions that sends to a place where it is picked up by a receive port bound to the orchestration, but I find that cumbersome).
