Changing Date/Time on Biztalk Server Machine

We have a person writing test cases, and one of our requirements to test is a delay that an orchestration running on a specific day of the month issue a delay until the day after.

To simulate this, do you think it is safe to just change the system date/time on the server where Biztalk is running. Will this have any negative impact on the Biztalk databases, log, audit trails, etc???
