Can not use Ms Dynamics CRM adapter on more than one BT Server?

Hello.

Due to a custom internal setup, we need to use a CRM adapter on two load balanced BT servers. (To connect to CRM.)  We are being told by a “BT expert” that “you can not use more than one BT box with the CRM adapter to connect to CRM box.”  And this is how it is now set-up, just one of the two load balanced BT boxes has the CRM adapter.  I can not find confirmation (or denial) of this anywhere.  (Including Microsoft.)  Does anyone know if this is true?
