      Hi.

I’m running BTS 2009 and it was running fine.

Now I had to install the Team Explorer for VS und I had to make some installations and Updates in VS.

Now when I want to add a new project (File -> New -> Project -> BizTalk Project) I get an empty project. No references nothing … It seems to me like VS couldn’t find the templates are needed for a new BTS Project.

I can’t configure BTS again and I can’t install it new, because lots of apps are running on it.

      Any ideas or tips?

      Thanks in advance.

Yeah, you can. Even more – you can create new templates. I’ll look for the manual and if I find – post it here.

        Hi Yonathan.

Thank you very much for your link and help.

I had a look thought it, but I think it is not what I’m looking for.

I’m looking for all the standard templates come with BizTalk installation. At the moment I can’t add a new BizTalk Project in Visual Studio. I think this is because VS couldn’t find the BizTalk templates.

To avoid a re-installation of BizTalk I hope there is a way to register the standard templates for VS again.

        Thanks

          Ah, Ok.

Once I had problem similar to yours – run install of BizTalk – on repair mode, it takes couple of miniutes. No reconfiguring, no deleting of existing artifacts.

          This worked in my case.

            Hi Yonathan.

You’re right – it works that way. Nothing get lost and works like before!

Thanks a lot … BTS is running like before.

            Wolfgang
