Biztalk server 2009 Soap Adaptor

Hi there,

This is my first ever intraction with Biztalk servers. I need to use webservices from source and destination for data synchronization.

Can some post any usefull link for the sample code or how to start with this?

I downloaded the sample code from microsoft, but there is no documentation about how things are working in there , so that is kind of useless.
