  Hi,
  
  I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on where Biztalk stores filenames of EDI files that are processed. I know it stores it somewhere since I can't process the same file again because it views it as a duplicate file.

  In EDI, documents are judged as duplicates on the basis of EDI control numbers, not file names.

    Have a look at the BizTalkEDIDb database and the audin/audout tables. If you are using the Hipaa Accelerator then the database name is BizTalkHIPAA_EDIDb rather than BizTalkEDIDb. There are columns in these tables that contain the EDI control niumber that was mentioned.
