Recently i went through an interview, here are couple of BizTalk questions  asked to me :-

1. Biztalk Difference Between Port and channel
2. How many ports are available in channel or how many channels are in Port?
3. How transaction takes place between Biztalk and an external application like MSMQ
4. What is an adapter.
5. What are functoids and name a few used by you. How custom functoids are created?
6. Why do you use Orchestration? What is deep Convoy? What do you mean by correlation?
7.  Whay do use Mapping?
8. What are business rules and Can business rule assembly be used in a normal C# application instead of BizTalk, if yes then how ?

9. What do you think what was your most challenging work in BizTalk and how did you accomplished it?
